The enormous Habit gift!

Fact is … to be safe and survive a species must be at least capable of rapidly not only interacting with their #Bombardment-Sphere (surrounding environment) but also deploying safety strategies, such as, hiding, attacking, defensive measures, fleeing, etc.
In all significant respects humans are without doubt a #Habitual Species: mostly driven throughout existence not by consciously chosen actions but by intrinsic, pervasive auto-responders (#Habits) that are our deepest nature. To explain: Easily observable is that many #habitual physical actions occur naturally without awareness: breathing; heartbeat; swallowing; vast numbers of biological processes, etc. Potential to interface and vary these action-types is very limited.
However, other types of habits occur without ‘normally’ having to ‘think’ through the minute details of a motion (i.e., minimally aware): walking; holding a pen; carrying a parcel; micro position shifts; work routines, getting dressed, sport actions, etc.
Potential to interface and modify these habitual action-types amazingly is variably possible. Conclusively then, something within our physical framework (i.e., Self-Duo: see below) is driving groups of fully or ostensibly automated interactions with one’s Out-There.
A customarily accepted definition of a #habit determines it is any automated #behavior and/or function that occurs with little or no #awareness or necessary #cognitive interception.
Contained within this definition, which at first seems satisfactory, are ambiguous statements and terms: such as, what is meant by automated #behaviour; what types of functions; how can and what types of #habits occur with little or no #awareness; and what is #cognitive interception? Additionally, how are ‘#habit’ and ‘#cognitive’ in the above definition interrelated?
Although generally accepted, the above definition is simply not useful for understanding How-We-Truly-Work. In fact, the current viewpoint that ‘a #habit’ is a thing or stand-alone process is incorrect. This mono-dimensional attempt to describe complex aspects of human #behaviour is old, outdated and limiting. Although the classical definition is minimally useful, #Habitology #University’s corrected alignment is enabling.
#Habits, with their ability to rapidly respond us to safety, have always been and will continue to be the pervasive ‘#Power’ behind our survival: in other words, one survives because #Habit-Power is inescapable. Resultantly, #Habit is refined to mean all #Body-Self enacted habit’s and all #Mind-Self enacted #habit’s, which generously contribute their #Habit-#Powers to enact one’s seconds, minutes, hours, days and life.
As #Self-Duo’s two auto-responders - #Body-#Habit and #Cognitive-#Habit Mechanisms (coined #Habit-#Duo) drive about 95% of our ‘Normal’ daily activities and outcomes; they provide noteworthy contribution to explain How-We-Truly-Work. Significantly, both #Soma-#Habits and #Cognitive-#Habits are not static but evolve as a consequence of #sensory-acceptance provided by #Bombardment-Sphere conditions (or environment).
Although #Habitology #University Career-Path courses will expose dramatic differences between Soma-#Habit and Cognitive-#Habit creation, evolvement and deployment, the #Habit-Duo share a common purpose: to maximize #survival-potential by rapidly responding to get one out of harm’s way.
'Are You Creating Pro-Habits to Get What You TRULY Want' is intended to suggest that once #Habit-Power is ramped-up, it will become your continuously vigilant and automated friend (as this is the nature of #Habits) entirely focused on fulfilling your wishes and your dreams: Once you fully understand how #Habit-Duo functions, of course!
Self-Duo
#Self-Duo is a pivotal construct (diagram below) whose two collaborators (#Body-Self and #Mind-Self) encompass all the wondrous neuro-physiological #Mechanisms and processes that determine both How-We-Truly-Work to survive and how we Figure-It-Out and find The-Ways to not only improve living-conditions but also thrive.
Stated differently, the #Self-Duo #Model is intended to encompass every aspect regarding what makes you, YOU: From surviving to thriving and beyond!
Even though each collaborators ‘handling’ of their sensory-accepted #Bombardment-Event (BE) is much different, a binding BE-processing interaction exists reciprocally between #Self-Duo partners: Thus, #Body-Self and #Mind-Self (i.e., #Self-Duo) are the ‘We’ in How-We-Truly-Work.
Forged by millions of years of survival diligence, the #Self-Duo cooperatively participate in an ever changing sparse to dense entanglement of activities, which ultimately present many textures, types and intensities of safest Outbound interactions with the Out-There.
Expansively, the #Self-Duo model facilitates understanding a wide-ranging list of previously elusive subjects. For instance: what are #experiences, and how does one both retain and #recall them; how does one rapidly #respond to occurrences and threat; how does one accumulate #knowledge; how does one #invent; how and why does one #perceive, #believe, #think and #behave the way one does; and how did one’s #personality both come to be, and how does it continue to #evolve; etc.?
Additionally, what is one’s reciprocal purpose to and integration with #Universe-H; what #Universe-H Laws assimilate into How-We-Work functioning; and many, many more answers to be disclosed in #Habitology University’s Career-Path courses?
Stated differently, the #Self-Duo Model enables tracking #Bombardment-Events, which initialize from both #Body-Self and #Mind-Self sensory-acceptance origins, through amazing manipulations of current-new (a morphed sensory-accepted Bombardment-Event) by multiple genetically tailored #Mechanisms, to ultimate disclosure of what not only determines the marvel one currently is but also ignites potential to become all one can #TRULY be.

How-We-TRULY-Work
A core #Habitology #University concept is provided in the coined word-compound ‘How-We-Truly-Work’ (HWTW). As it is extensively utilized in #Habitology #University courses, necessary is to fully unravel its meaning and implications before leaving the shallows to dive deeply into fascinating integrated constructs.
Globally, the ‘This is How-We-Truly-Work’ statement is intended to highlight the actual driver of a client’s particular action-set or #behaviors: i.e., #addictions; Self-#Doubt; #anger; etc. Deeper though, HWTW means to specify: ‘this is how the particular ranges of operability of a #Mechanism or Mechanisms participate in driving one’s second-by-second #interactions with the Out-There’.
In other words, by understanding HWTW, the #Habitology University graduate is empowered to not only indicate and explain the #Mechanism(s) causing the negative disruption in #living-conditions but also offer relief by fully explaining How-One-Truly-Works. Thus, the #Habitology Professional (#HaPro) initializes the process of disengaging destructive outcomes by offering vastly more useful options.
To assist comprehension, the concept of each HWTW word-component is elaborated below.
How: The ‘How’ in How-We-Truly-Work intends that each #Self-Duo #Mechanisms functions and processes will be detailed, so one will fully understand ‘how’ each functions: both as individual processing-platforms and as transition-points for follow-on specialized processors to do what they #DO.
Why the ardent focus on the mechanics of ‘how’ #Mechanisms operate? Undeniably, when unaware how ‘something’ works and/or its purpose – be it the ‘quick’ check-in Kiosk at the airport, the cellphone application on your hand-held computer or #Universe-H - resulting speculations about its utility will be grossly deficient.
Therefore, as it is evident haphazard assumptions will result in mostly inaccurate and minimally useful conclusions, one should strive to improve decisions by understanding not only how ‘things’ but also How-We-Work. Irrefutably then, although guessing How-We-Work is definitively no way to run one’s life, understanding How-We-Truly-Work IS the vastly superior option to enhancing #living-conditions to incredible.
Importantly, #Habitology #University concludes that only by fully grasping how each #Self-Duo Mechanism works will it be possible for a #Habitology #University graduate to constructively assist Individual and/or Corporate Clients to achieve superior outcomes.
We: The ‘We’ in How-We-Truly-Work as mentioned above denotes #Self-Duo. As #Self-Duo is a #Model, which describes the totality of a #person, it includes every function and process that goes into the animation of … well everyone! Work: The ‘Work’ in How-We-Truly-Work is intended to denote the interrelationship of one’s incredible assortment of #Self-Duo #Mechanisms, which drive Inbound data-gathering, multiple assessments, data-#archiving, data-#recall, and many, many other #Key processes.
The short version is that #Mechanisms are purposed to uncover What-is-Going-On Out-There in order to select Outbound, ‘appropriate-to-current-new’ action-#responses (movements) that integrally both maximize #survival-potential, get you what you TRULY want, and thus enhance living-conditions to incredible.
