BE-Event Intensity (Body-Self)


In addition to Body-#Self ‘simply’ capturing an ‘impact’ occurrence, to uncover ‘What-is-#TRULY-Going-On’ Out-There, critical for #survival is to not only measure BE-#intensities but also evaluate the locus or #locations of greatest disturbance. ‘#Impact’ locus identification is mandatory, so #intensity-appropriate action-#responders (slower-to-rapid) can mobilize #Body-Self away from the Bombardment-Event (BE) loci potentiating the greatest #survival-threat.


Understandably, as a consequence of rapid fluctuations in external Bombardment-Sphere conditions, the quantity of #sensory-neurons producing #Tags within a SLID-array, as well as the quantity and type of SLID-arrays involved (smell, hearing, touch, etc.) can be highly variable. As well, internal variability in #sensory-neuron firing patterns, activity-saturation and #recovery time complicate uncovering ‘What-is-Going-On’ Out-There.


Contributing to complexity for follow-on #cerebral-processors is the ‘quantity’ variability of #Tags being transmitted by #sensory-neurons: Both in few-millisecond Bombardment-Event short-term #sensory-acceptance situations (STS’s) and extended duration scenarios (EDS’s).


#KEY to understanding How-We-Truly-Work is Body-Self’s assessment of BE-intensity: Importantly, #Threat-level is determined neither during #sensory-acceptance nor conversion to a #Tag.


Instead, event-#intensity is assessed further up the processing chain at #Intensity-#Assessment (see L3:S1:T3 in HP course Appendix). There, #Tag-Clusters - coined #current-new - (previously formed by the assembly or #Melding (see L2:S1:T4 in HP course Appendix) of a 3-millisecond BE-snippet of #Tags - of SAME #Frequency-Signature, whose action-#potentials each increment to the sum of their individual #Tag units) are each #intensity-evaluated to determine next-steps.


Recognition-Assessment


#Intensity-assessment of current-new is not the first evaluation that might shunt higher-#intensity current-new to the #Problematic conduit: First, #Recognition-Assessment (see L2:S2:T3 in HP course Appendix) must determine if current-new is UN-#recognized.


In other words, prior to Intensity-#Assessment evaluating current-new, #Recognition-Assessment’s directive is to determine current-new status as either UN-#recognized or #Recognized (by comparing current-new -TO- #frequency-matched #archived-old). Notably, both assessments are critical for effective rapid-response interaction with Out-There.


Whereas #Recognized current-new first travels the potentially quicker (L3:S1) #Recognized-channel, and next the #Nominal-channel (L3:S2) - unless higher-intensity is assessed at L3:S1:T3; UN-#recognized current-new (as it could indicate survival-critical BE’s are in progress) has its replicant additionally travel the slower #Problematic-channel (L4:S1), which may instigate #Soma-Survival processes (L4:S2:T1) as well.


Specifically, current-new is shunted as follows: When #Recognition-Assessment determines current-new is UN-#recognized, it replicates #current-new, then forwards the original #current-new onward to fulfill #Nominal-channel functions; and also shunts the current-new clone to the much more meticulous and slower #Problematic-channel.


On #Problematic-channel, current-new will be subject to not only #Threat-Check’s (L4:S1:T3) rigorous #Intensity-check (L4:S1:T3//1) but also #Trend-Analysis (L4:S1:T3//2), where event-duration and interlaced survival-significance are additionally assessed to see if Out-There is unraveling a #Survival-threat.


Thus, whereas UN-#recognized current-new (#Problematic-status) is additionally fired to #Problematic-channel and thus to #Threat-Check; #Recognized-status #current-new is shunted to #Recognized-channel only, where current-new (#Tag-Clusters) will ultimately undergo evaluation by #Intensity-Assessment (L3:S1:T3). Therefore, as #Recognized-status is processed quickly and UN-#recognized more slowly (potentially much more slowly), ramifications for ‘appropriate-to-current-new’ rapid Body-Self #action-responses are significant.


Thus, when #Intensity-Assessment’s verdict supports nominal-intensity, current-new (#Tag-Clusters) continue to #Nominal-channel (L3:S2) and thus directly to #Soma-Slotting (L3:S2:T1): i.e., Fastest #action-responses.


However, when #Intensity-Assessment evaluates ‘#Recognized’ current-new as higher-intensity, off to the #Problematic-channel the replicated current-new additionally goes. Here the cooperative assessments of both #Threat-Check and #Trend-Analysis will determine processing’s next-steps: i.e., Slower follow-on action-responses.


Regardless, by the engagement of #Soma-Action, #Body-Self provides half the #Habit-#Power that champions Mankind’s sustainability.


Habit-Power


Notwithstanding, another whole set of acquired abilities (such as, #writing, running, #speaking etc.) as well as some extreme capabilities (such as, #thinking, #likes, dislikes, etc.), which ‘normally’ auto-respond or seem to occur spontaneously, allow significant interceding and adjustment potential. This #Mind-Self @habitual-responder set, as they initiate through a more ‘mindful’ process are coined #Cognitive-Habits.


Some #Cognitive-Habits, although they may have been purposefully created, now mostly run on auto-pilot: #beliefs; #speech modes; #attitudes; etc. As #Habit-#Power is so predominant, what conditions enable volition and conscious interceding? First, when #sensory-acceptance occurs at #Body-Self #event-horizons, #Soma-Habits, which action miniscule to MACRO movements, are always involved; and thus predominant.


However, when an UN-Recognized AND/OR higher-intensity Bombardment-Event (BE) occurs, Body-Self also issues a #Request-Alert that additionally activates an appropriate #Mind-Self #Cognitive-Pathway (probably CP-3 or CP-4: see HP course Appendix). Thus, either of these Cognitive-#Pathway activations will be reported by the 'Movie-of-Your-Life' fabricator as #consciousness.


#Key is that #Habit-Power has enabled our species and others to survive because #Habit-Duo’s genetically gifted rapid-#response patterned-actions ‘handle’ not only maximizing #survival-potential but also the mundane (walking; picking up a fork; eating; thinking; speaking; etc.).


Secondly however, both #Mind-Self’s #Visual-Processors (‘sight’) assessing #Remarkable-Features and #Cognition-Complex’s #Devise-Mulling ‘inquisitiveness’ can spirit conscious interactions by tailoring #Test-Its. #Test-Its, which inspire #Body-Self movements, thus promote additional UN-Recognized AND/OR higher-intensity Bombardment-Events (BE’s), which – you guessed it – once again instigates a #Request-Alert: So the amazing symbiotic-cycle continues until resolution.


Just as a Cartoonist must produce hundreds of incrementally changed drawings to ‘move’ a character through a scene, so too do Test-Its similarly function to spirit the miniscule motions that move one through their scene, which in Habitology University terms is one’s Bombardment Sphere.


Dominantly, a large portion of one’s ‘normal’ day (i.e., Recognized AND low-intensity #sensory-accepted Bombardment-Events) is driven by #Body-Self #habitual-responders: coined #Soma-Habits.


Species defining is that #Mind-Self habitual-#responders, coined #Cognitive-Habits, which enact due to #Request-Alerts and/or #Visual-Alerts and/or #Devise-Mulling perturbations also exist. #Cognitive-Habits are responsible for additionally actioning one’s daily ‘normal’ dose of ‘accented’ or ‘UN-Recognized AND/OR higher-#intensity’ BE’s (about 25%).


However, this percentage estimate does not include BE’s evaluated by #Threat-Check as #Survival-threatening: Such highest-intensity BE’s are cooperatively handled by both #Habit-Duo collaborators: #Body-Self’s #Survival-Response and #Cognitive-Pathway One #Survival-Responders.


Also evident are #cognitive auto-#responses (#Cognitive-Habits). Most (upwards of 80%) of these also seem to occur spontaneously. The difference being one can choose to become aware of most of them and perform adjustments: i.e., a few of these potentially aware #habitual-responses are walking, running, speaking, thinking, etc.


Additional habits include answering, self-talk, eating, work routines, sports, vast numbers of biological processes, and the list goes on. Some of these Cognitive-Habits, which may have been purposefully created, now mostly run on auto-pilot: practiced athletic endeavors; musician prowess; picking up a fork; writing; diet; cooking; etc.


Globally speaking, one’s daily outcomes are habitually driven by either #Soma-Habits or #Cognitive-Habits: about 70% Soma-Habits and 25% Cognitive-Habits. Thus, if one combined Soma-Habit and Cognitive-Habit output, this duo, let’s call them #Habit-Duo, would account for ‘mechanically’ running most (upwards of 95%) of one’s ‘normal’ day.


Resultantly, they represent not only THE focal #survival agent control devices but also with a different spin, THE provisioner of one’s greatest advantage.


Why would this be so one might ask? After all if 95% of our day is controlled by habitual-responders, whether from Body-Self and/or Mind-Self, how can #Habit-Duo also be “THE provisioner of our greatest advantage”?


Let me suggest the following. All are in possession of two very powerful #Mechanisms: Body-Self and Mind-Self. Up to this juncture most have disregarded and/or been minimally aware of their power: i.e., how they harness resources and processes to get-the-job-done.


Even though most do not think in these terms, the exception everyone relies on to work is ‘practice. One knows if you practice (repetition) over and over your skills will improve based on your interest in acquiring the skill of course. To be clear this is you creating #Soma-Habits and #Cognitive-Habits for the purpose of getting you what you want.


Big exclamation and #KEY: get you what you TRULY want; not what you think you might want. (Much more is provided on this topic as we progress.)


Even though #Habit-Duo is one’s most staunch ally and champions most of one’s daily responses, most consider it inconsequential. One much prefers to think of themselves as #cognitive: i.e., fully in control of all one’s actions. One was never informed that #Habit-Duo is one’s strongest supporter and can seamlessly fulfill all one’s hopes and dreams.


Think of #Habit-Duo as your personal Dream Fulfillment Team.


Make no mistake; #Habit-Duo is a huge genetic gift provided to everyone without exception.


#Habit-Duo will automatically and effortlessly (that’s its inherent design) deliver all one’s dreams and desires once one fully understands how Body-Self and Mind-Self work both individually and in harmony.


Once understood, one can even turn #Habit-Duo-Power up to high - or at least up a few notches.


In all significant respects #Mankind is therefore, without doubt, a #Habitual Species: mostly driven throughout existence not by conscious choice but by intrinsic, pervasive auto-responders, which are one’s deepest nature.


‘Habits’, with their ability to rapidly respond one to safety, have always been and will continue to be the pervasive ‘Force’ behind one’s survival: In other words, one survives because Habit-Power is one’s essence.


Endocrine-System Brief


#Soma-Action’s (L3:S2:T3) finalized physical-world action-protocols additionally spirit directives to the #Endocrine-System. As a Body-Self Integration-#Assistant, the #Endocrine-System is designed to ensure physical-response #Mechanisms gracefully transition through a three stage action-cycle: thus ensuring smooth uninterrupted movements: i.e., rest-to-action and action-to-rest #cyclical transitions.


First, appropriate to current-new (thus Bombardment-Event balanced) chemical notifications, patterned by #Soma-Response (L3:S2:T2) are issued by the #Endocrine-System to prepare #Soma-Response Footprint-#Signature ‘identified’ Body-Self action-sites for activation: i.e., transition from rest or ‘nominal’ state.


‘Identified’ is based on the ranked-imperative about to be neuro-transmitted to each response location from #Soma-Response patterns (L3:S2:T2) picked as a consequence of current-new #Frequency-Signature assignment at #sensory-acceptance.


Second, the #Endocrine-System, after neurological signals have ceased provides various dosing-levels to support action-site activity and/or appropriate action-#alertness.


Third, the #Endocrine-System allots a tapering-off period so action-sites can ‘gracefully’ return to ‘normal’ state and subsequently #refresh.
