Client Counselling: Overview
All #Habisity Graduates, whether granted an #HP (Habitology Practitioner), #MHa (#Masters of Habitology) or #PhD (#Doctor of Habitology // #Habitologist) designation are authorized to provide counselling or therapist services for both Individuals and groups of Individuals.
#Therapist #Methodologies Overview: Individuals
Individual-counselling first-steps necessitate conducting interview utilizing at least the provided Habitute-Power Folio templates sessions (see Course H501). Interview sessions are purposed to identify, document and scale detrimental #Habits, specifically #chaos-#habits (like Self-Doubt, addictions, negative self-talk, compulsive behaviors, anger, obsessions and the like) that are hampering an Individual-client from becoming All-They-Can-Be.
Step-two’s directive is to produce, through cooperative interaction, a #Habisity Individualized Action Plan or H-IAP. The H-IAP will detail processes (activities, actions, timeframes, agreements, sign offs, etc.) mutually agreed necessary to not only create and activate beneficial ‘productive' or #Pro-#Habits (activate means - start to make these #Habits the GO-TO’s instead) but also concurrently disengage and usurp debilitating chaos-habits that are restricting an individual from fulfilling all their Hopes and Dreams.
Step-three is purposed to not only monitor H-IAP progress but also adjust and document H-IAP parameter changes as necessary to ensure the Habitute mandate to Way-Better Client L.I.F.E2. is accomplished.
#Therapist #Methodologies Overview: Enterprise/Corporate Counselling
In order to extend service scope, Habitology University (#Habisity) endorses and recommends both #Masters (#MHa) and #Doctorate (#PhD) graduates (only) by completing H600 and higher level #Graduate courses and receiving ‘HI-Doyen’ designation expand their practice into the Corporate-counselling and consulting domains.
Corporate-counselling’s thrust, although in many ways symmetric with Individual-counselling shifts perspective to Way-Better Corporate L.I.F.E2. as well.
Consequently, first-steps of Corporate-counselling realign focus to identify detrimental workforce and/or departmental #chaos-#habits (both group and employee #Habits) that are keeping a clients business from exponential growth and profit: i.e., becoming All-Corporate-Can-Be.
Corporate #chaos-#habits include: mediocrity, disregard, disgruntlement, employee/group exclusionary activities … as well as deficiencies in training, sense-of-worth, commitment-level, comradery, Departmental communication and integration issues, etc.
Corporate-counselling step-two is expanded to deliver a detailed project plan (with dates, timeframes, responsibilities, sign-offs, etc.). The authorized #Habitology #Professional providing Corporate services (the HI-Doyen) will not only produce and have ratified a customized detailed Habisity Corporate Action Plan or H-CAP but also report progress to a designated oversight committee (per project plan agreement).
An H-CAP specifies (for Departments and named participants) activities and actions necessary to not only create and activate beneficial workplace Pro-#Habits but also simultaneously disengage and usurp workplace chaos-#habits that are restricting the Enterprise from fully actualizing its most ambitious business goals.
H-CAP deployment is accomplished in Step-Three. At this juncture the HI-Doyen (PhD or MHa) and/or his/her designated team members will deliver the H-CAP solution through the agreed textured combination of individual and/or department supervisor counselling, advisory sessions, interactive seminars, weekend retreats, keynote addresses, etc. Concurrently, the HI-Doyen Team will analyze, evaluate, monitor and hone to ensure the ay-Better Corporate L.I.F.E2. H-CAP is achieved to the highest standard.
HI-Doyen, Coach and Instructor Courses
#Habitology #University continually seeks those with #MHa and #PhD (#Habitology) degrees to successfully complete HI-Doyen, Coach and/or Instructor courses and then apply to join #Habisity’s excellent team of on-line #Faculty (either Full-time or Part-Time).
