To both ‘Take back control of YOU’ and enhance your living-conditions to incredible (i.e., WayBetter Your L.I.F.E2.), necessary is to understand the functioning and interactivities of the many #Mechanisms (i.e., inherent physiological and neurophysiological operating parameters or processes) that drive you to ‘DO what you DO’. #Habisity’s (Habitology University’s) purpose is to fully expose and thoroughly explain all #Mechanism functionalities and interactions, so one is enabled to Get-What-One-TRULY-Wants (#GetWhatOneTRULYWants).
The first #KEY to understand is that two very different, yet seamlessly interfaced types of #Mechanisms are responsible for your #DOing. Jointly coined the Self-Duo (#SelfDuo), a marvelous array of Body-Self (#BodySelf) and Mind-Self (#MindSelf) #Mechanisms, every second of every day drive countless automated or #Habitual #DOing’s, which during a ‘Normal’ day account for about 95% of one’s actions.
However, the next #KEY exposes that the Habit-Duo (#HabitDuo), i.e., Body-Self and Mind-Self #Habitual #DOing’s are quite different, especially regarding their purpose and speed. Body-Self’s very fast and simpler #Habitual #DOing’s are mandated to maximize survival-potential (i.e., keep one physically safe and surviving), whereas Mind-Self’s much slower but highly complex #Habitual #DOing’s literally control one’s living-conditions.
Phenomenally though, Mind-Self’s #Habitual #DOing also has two camps: the Pro-Habit (#ProHabit) camp, which deploys beneficial, and the chaos-habit (#chaosHabit) camp, which deploys destructive. This is great news though because Habitology University Career-Path (#CareerPath) Programs teach How-To both ‘Create Pro-Habits that enhance living-conditions’, and disrupt detrimental chaos-habits that are diminishing one’s potential (addictions, compulsives, negative self-talk coined #Chatterbox, Self-Doubt, etc.).
Critically however, what is the fundamental #KEY to all one knows … or will ever know? The answer is a group of intricate physiological Mechanisms called Sensory-Arrays. It is due to their extreme capabilities that we function at all. Important to note is that Body-Self (#BodySelf) provisions all Sensory-Arrays except ‘Sight’, which is a Mind-Self (#MindSelf) sensory-array (more on this later).
Incredibly, Body-Self Sensory-Arrays selectively sensory-accept (millisecond-by-millisecond) various Out-There mechanical-energy types (touch, taste, etc.), then morph, convert and finally forward their specifically formulated electrical-energy frequency-packages called #Tag’s to a designated higher-processor coined Inception-Filter. Inception-Filter sorts each 3-millisecond time-snippet of multifarious #Tags into Frequency-Signature or action-potential (#ActionPotential) frequency identical groups coined Tag-Clusters (#TagClusters) or current-new (#CurrentNew).
Only by the immutable nature and quantity of current-new action-potential can Body-Self comparative-analysis Mechanisms reliably determine not only if a Bombardment-Event (BE) is Recognized or UN-recognized, through comparing ‘current-new to archived-old’ (archived-old is stored or data-archived previous current-new or sensory-information) but also BE importance coined #Intensity (from banal to significant to extreme).
Comparative-analysis evaluations are #KEY as UN-recognized (#UNrecognized) AND/OR higher-intensity must be additionally evaluated for Treat-Potential; whereas #Recognized AND low-intensity #BE’s do not. Importantly and #KEY for enhancing living-conditions is that when Body-Self determines UN-recognized AND/OR higher-intensity status, it engages Mind-Self for Bombardment-Event (BE) resolution assistance. This is why NEW (never same-old, same-old) always turns on various levels of Mind-Self awareness.
Notably, when archived-old is compromised via abusive environments in the formative years, so too is Comparative-Analysis. Thus, Mind-Self Figure-It-Out processing is also negatively skewed. #KEY is that Sensory-skewing (#SensorySkewing) leaves self-doubt, addictions, destructive behavior’s and low self-esteem in its wake.
